Same day shipping for orders received prior to 1:00PM PST. Next day shipping for order received after 1:00PM. Customers will be contacted within 24 hours after placing an order if one or more items on the order are not in stock.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
3Q Store offer 30-day satisfication refund policy. The 30-day period is calculated from the date the order being delivered to the date the return shipment being delivered. If the customer is not satisfied with the product or the service we provide, we will issue refund after receive and check the returned order. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.
